6# Ultra ZFRC
50# sand
35oz glass fiber 3/4"
70 grams PVA 15
280oz H2O
60oz Liquid Z+
Super Flowz to taste
Notes-
Super Sealz dosages will range depending on your sands, temperatures, and desired consistency. Mix to taste, the amounts are purely a range to start with, you can go a good bit in either direction with no ill effect as long as you like the consistency.
PVA's are optional in your face coat if you need better impact resistance and they help the mix hang on large verticals. 20 grams is a good starting point.
A certain amount of flowz or sealz will probably be necessary in the back mix, even when doing hand packing. For SCC, hold back a bit of your water and dose up to 2.5 grams of flowz per pound of cement. Test this out before you run your mixes, flowz is wicked potent and you can hit segregation quickly. Dose the Flowz in increments, then mix, then wait a minute or two for the flowz to kick in so you can dial in the amount you like.
